Hi, I am Estrella, an Emotion Code Practitioner and Reiki healer based in Singapore.
My work centres on helping you reconnect with your authentic self by clearing subtle energetic imbalances that build up through daily life, stress, or emotional experiences.
Through Emotion Code, I gently release trapped emotions that cloud your energy and self-expression. With Reiki, I help realign your aura and chakras so your energy flows freely again.

Healing, to me, isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering what’s always been whole within you.
I really enjoy the Emotion Code healing method. Estrella was very patient and respectful of my privacy. I didn't have to explain or revisit past events, and through emotional detoxification, I was able to release trapped emotions from the past. After two sessions, I slept soundly and felt lighter.
When I had my first reiki healing with Estrella, I happened to be having a cold and had a bad nasal congestion that gave me a throbbing headache. As the session went on, my headache slowly disappeared, and my nasal congestion was eased too. Amazing! I also like how Estrella calmly explains the process before we started the session so you know exactly what to expect. I’d highly recommend HwE for her professional and effective session.
The distance reiki healing session was great. Did not plan to pinpoint a time in the evening to start but knew when it did as I started to see chakra colors when my eyes were closed and eventually felt sleepy and had a restful night's sleep. She pinpointed existing problems and issues accurately, and symptoms both physical and energy-wise definitely saw an improvement after the session. Highly recommend.
